The Foundation has been incorporated as a not‐for-profit Company under Section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 at Hyderabad on the 20th of January, 2009. And it is registered under Section 12AA (w.e.f: 04-02-2010) & Section 80G (w.e.f: 01-04-2011) of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Nelli Foundation is aiming for all‐round community development that ultimately leads to commonweal.
